We will endeavour to respond to your request within a month. If we are unable to deal with your request within a month, we may extend this period by a further two months and we will contact you and explain why.

Licence of Users of the Site
As a User, SMARTEST DATA gives you permission, on the understanding that it may be revoked at any time and for any or no reason, to access the Site and to download, email, share via social media or print pages from the Site according to this Agreement and solely for the purposes or either
You may not remove designated trademarks contained on such pages.

The licence granted to you, as a User, to use the Site and avail of the SMARTEST DATA Service will be terminated immediately if you do not comply with the Agreement. SMARTEST DATA reserves all of its rights.
Your use of the Site and the SMARTEST DATA Service is subject to all applicable ethical standards. In addition, you agree (i) to conduct yourself online, especially with regard to the posting of acceptable content, in according with Irish laws, (ii) not to use the Site or avail of the SMARTEST DATA service if you are under the age of eighteen (18) or unable to present all forms of identification laid out in this, (iii) or gainfully employed as a professional Investor (in any capacity) working for a Financial Institution “an Institutional Investor”.

SMARTEST DATA will be fully entitled to either temporary or injunctive relief to protect our rights (v) not to attempt to interfere with the use of the Site by another individual, including attempt to access other computer systems through the Site, uploading or transmitting viruses or other harmful or destructive files, or by interfering with or otherwise harming the security of the Site or any services, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or those belonging to our Partner Stores.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SMARTEST DATA Parties harmless from any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising in connection with a violation of this Agreement by you or through use of your account.
